1. Awarded to a student who is proceeding to post-secondary training or education in any field.
2. Preference will be given to a relative of an active Cowichan Valley Area Council Beta Sigma Phi member if they meet the requirements.
3. Student financial need should be indicated.
4. The award shall be paid upon proof of registration at your chosen institution.
5. The award must be applied for on the Beta Sigma Phi special application form.
