- Applicant needs to be a child, grandchild or great grandchild
of a veteran who may not necessarily be a Legion member. Applicant
must reside in Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Cowichan Bay
or Cowichan Station.
- Bursary will be awarded first on the basis of
financial need, then academic.

Note: "Veteran" now includes
those who are currently serving in
the armed forces or have done so.
