1 award valued at $2500 or award will be split if there is more than one applicant that meets all the criteria.

1. Applicant needs to be a child, grandchild or great grandchild of a veteran who may not necessarily be a Legion member. Applicant must reside in Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Cowichan Bay or Cowichan Station.
2. Bursary will be awarded first on the basis of financial need, then academic.
