Bursary will be awarded based on financial need
Applicant
does not need to be a child or grandchild of a veteran or of a Legion
member
Applicant must reside in Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake,
Cowichan Bay or Cowichan Station.
A confidential financial statement from you and your parents
will be required in
due course.
A letter outlining your aims and ambitions should accompany
your application.
**Note: The selection committee will be interviewing the people who are shortlisted in order to determine the winner(s).
