2 bursaries of $250 each or 1 bursary of $500.00

1. Available to a graduating student who must have attended Drinkwater Elementary School for a minimum of four (4) years. A signed declaration indicating years applicant attended Drinkwater School must accompany application form.
2. Awarded to a graduating student who intends to further his/her education at any recognized post-secondary institution.
3. The bursary will be awarded upon receipt of proof of acceptance and registration at a recognized post-secondary institution.
4. Students must apply for this award, noting that the bursary is awarded based on a combination of factors including: need, contribution to the community, and academic achievement at the secondary level in S.D#79 (Cowichan Valley).
5. The bursary is to be used within four (4) months of graduation. An extension of up to a maximum of 15 months may be granted upon receipt of a written request. This will be reviewed by the Bursary Committee.
