1. Applicants must have had two years in attendance at Duncan Elementary School as well as completed the French Immersion program at the elementary level. A signed declaration form (available in the Counselling Office) indicating years applicant attended this school MUST accompany application form.
2. Student must be proceeding to further his/her education at any approved post-secondary institution.
3. The award will be paid upon proof of acceptance at the chosen institution.
4. The recipient will have eighteen months to use the award.
