1. Open to students graduating on ANY program and proceeding to a post-secondary institute of training in any field.
2. Available to graduating students in School District #79 (Cowichan Valley).
3. Award will be paid upon proof of acceptance at any institution of post-secondary training.
4. Student must be a Canadian Citizen.
5. Preference may, but not necessarily, be given to a son or daughter of a member of this organization.
