1. The applicant must have been a Peer Counsellor at Frances Kelsey for at least one year.
2. The applicant must have completed at least fifty hours of project work related to helping students at Frances Kelsey.
3. The applicant must be proceeding to a post-secondary programme in the Human Support Field.
4. The applicant must attend a post-secondary institution within 18 months.
5. The Award will be paid upon proof of acceptance to a post-secondary institution.
6. The Committee, at its discretion, may divide the award if more than one candidate is deserving of it.
