1. Open to students graduating on ANY programme & proceeding to a post-secondary institution for further education or training.
2. Award to be paid to recipient upon proof of registration from institution.
3. Indication clearly stated in regard to financial need.
4. Preference will be given to a student continuing his/her education in a field related to community service.
5. Applicants MUST have  been involved in community service.
