1. One bursary for a student in School District #79 (Cowichan Valley).
2. Awarded to a student who is proceeding to post-secondary education leading to a teaching degree.
3. Applicants must apply on Cowichan Valley Retired Teachers' Association Form.
4. Student financial need must be indicated on the application form.
5. The award shall be paid upon proof of registration in a program leading to a Bachelor of Education.
