1. Awarded to a graduating Kelsey student who is proceeding to post-secondary education.
2. Bursary will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement with particular emphasis on demonstrated need.
3. The bursary will be paid to the Registrar of the institution upon written confirmation of acceptance.
