1. Available to students from the Greater Victoria, Sooke, Saanich, or Cowichan School Districts intending to go on to any community college or vocational school in B.C. in a course of eight months or longer.
2. Passing average and entrance prerequisites for chosen course (not necessarily secondary school graduation).
3. Has given best effort to studies.
4. Good citizen with a clean record.
5. Participates in school activities.
6. Course chosen must not have an automatic subsidy.
7. Demonstrates financial need.

Procedure:

Please submit the following:

1. Letter of application indicating need.
2. Letter of recommendation from principal, teacher or school counsellor.
3. Current transcript of grades.
4. A brief outline of community or extra-curricular activities.
